An intriguing piece to be sure. The grey background is interesting, whether its an aesthetic choice or an accurate reflection of the location, and doesn't create a boring or monotonous background. The dead bodies fit in perfectly for some reason, as if it makes perfect sense that the bodies of abominations should reside in a grey wasteland. I think it's the same law of narrative that declares all Viziers are evil.
Odd musing aside, the upright figure is fascinating in this piece, as if he was indistinguishable from the background, right up until the camera freezes on him (with possibly a loud sound effect or ominous chord in the background). Though seemingly at rest, the tension is clear, and the flowing line of its clothing in the wind creates an interesting dynamic, as if its a moving picture.
This is a great picture, and I want to know more about the characters and events in it.
